Ok if you think you could record 3 minutes of interesting footage (even on a mobile phone camera) then you should enter the Julia Morris film festival!

You go to her website, print out a mask of her, incorporate that into your masterpiece somehow and upload!! Best of all - if you come up with the idea then you CAST YOURSELF as the star! (of course)
