I have received a number of enquiries about how to get onto Family Feud (Australia). From the information I have gathered filming ahead of schedule and casting is not open right now. I will endeavour to post here when the producers are ready for more applications.
Game shows are a heap of fun - I personally appeared on Deal or No Deal and years ago qualified for The Weakest Link (just before it was canned), I was also a test contestant for a game show that never made it to Australian tv (for a grand total payment of $100 which was money I desperately needed as an unemployed actor).
I suggest subscribing/keeping an eye on this blog for other game show opportunities as well as any other casting opportunities that I find.

Masterchef casting for the next season!
This is very exciting because it is one of the highest rating shows in Australia. If you've always dreamed of being on this show STOP DREAMING and get an application in - the worst thing that will happen is that you won't hear back from them (and that's not really that bad is it?)

For me the idea of running around a kitchen stressed out seems like a terrible way to spend my time but then cooking was never really a passion of mine. Past contestants have gone on to have cooking shows, cook in leading restaurants, release cook books and more!
